Functions and Conferences at the Royal Sovereign Suite

The Royal Sovereign Suite is a perfect venue for private parties, luncheons, buffets, banquets, wedding receptions and conferences. This multi function venue is situated on the second floor of the clubhouse and is served by a lift with disabled access.

 

The suite is fully air conditioned with its own fully equipped bar facilities. Large windows with integrated patio doors lead out to sunny balconies with fantastic views over the North Harbour. Spacious free parking makes this an excellent choice for any occasion.

 

 

On the first floor, the Chart Room makes a useful facility for smaller conferences, business and committee meetings.

 

The function suite is managed by a dedicated, professional events management team. We can deliver a full range of services from table and room decorations through band and disco hire to themed menus. For conferences and business meetings, we provide a wide range of presentation equipment. We delight in working with you to help plan and deliver your special event.
