Conference at the Royal Sovereign Suite

Function room hire

The Royal Sovereign Suite and Chart Room are available for hire:

Mornings 0600 to 1200 hrs
Afternoons 1200 to 1800 hrs
Evenings 1800 to 0000 hrs

or any combination of the above.


Equipment hire

The following equipment is available for hire at competitive rates:

  • Screen & projector (Sovereign Suite only)
  • Television & DVD player (Chart Room only)
  • Radio microphone
  • Table linens
  • Extra bar staff (min 4 hours)
  • Dance floor (12 x 12 ft)

Entertainment and decorations

We shall be delighted to help you plan your special event. We can either recommend live bands and discos or book these for you at competitive rates. We can also provide room and table decorations to suit your own colour scheme or theme. Our service package includes:

  • Live band and disco hire
  • Flower table arrangements
  • Flowers in a box
  • Top table arrangement
  • 3-balloon and 5-balloon bouquets on weights
  • SHYC place cards and menus
